Diamond Creek Holdings (DCH) is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company, and its predecessor companies, was founded by the Ziroli family and has operated for over 25 years.
It was originally established as a regional real estate holding company and has rapidly grown into a multi-state real estate services company that develops, acquires and manages its diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
DCH is well capitalized and is operated by professional, experienced and vested management. The company is truly committed to serving its tenant partners by providing high quality, affordable real estate solutions. Its tenants range in size from very small sole proprietors to very large nationally scaled tenants.

Leadership
Clement “Clem” Ziroli Jr.
Acquisition, Development & Leasing
Clem’s primary responsibilities at Diamond Creek Holdings include acquisition, development and leasing. Prior to DCH, Clem was employed by First Mortgage Corporation (FMC) for over 25 years, most recently serving as its President. FMC operated a 50-branch network of residential mortgage banking offices throughout the Western United States, and during his tenure the company experienced tremendous growth.
First Mortgage Corporation and Clem’s commitment to under-served borrowers earned him and the company a congressional citation and the “Finance Champion of the Year” award bestowed by the Department of Commerce. He served on the boards of the California Mortgage Banking Association and the Community Home Lenders Association, and has spoken about mortgage-related issues before numerous state and federal congressional audiences, regulatory agencies and the White House.
Through his companies and affiliates, Clem has participated in thousands of transactions, amassed a substantial portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties, and developed a multitude of projects. He also co-founded Nutrishop, a national chain of sports nutrition superstores. Clem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California (USC) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor in both Nevada and California.

Dawn Ziroli
Co-Founder & Managing Member
Dawn is the co-founder and a Managing Member of Diamond Creek Holdings. For over 20 years she has served the company and its predecessor companies in a myriad of roles, with extensive expertise in the management of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Having managed hundreds of properties, she is exceptional in site management, tenant management and leasing. As a hands-on manager, Dawn’s responsibilities include property management, financial accounting and customer service. She began her career in 1998 and prides herself on customer satisfaction and attention to detail, and she is committed to continuing the company’s growth. In addition to her role with Diamond Creek Holdings, Dawn is involved with other real estate services companies focused on the acquisition and resale of, primarily, residential properties.
