Dawn is the co-founder and a Managing Member of Diamond Creek Holdings (DCH). For over 20 years, she has served the company and its predecessor companies in a myriad of roles. She has extensive expertise in the management of commercial, industrial and residential properties. Having managed hundreds of properties, she is exceptional in site management, tenant management and leasing. As a hands-on manager, Dawn’s responsibilities include property management, financial accounting and customer service. She began her career in 1998 and prides herself on customer satisfaction and attention to detail and she is committed to continuing the company’s growth. In addition to her role with Diamond Creek Holdings, Dawn is involved with other real estate services companies focused on the acquisition and resale of, primarily, residential properties.
